[Ohiogift] West Virgina Learning Skills/Behavior Gifted Rubric

Responding with wonderment and awe? Ethical behavior? This goes way over
the line. This is a perfect example of why gifted education gets such low
marks from the general public.

Thank God my son is an adult.
