Thanks, Ann.  I can now rest assured that I fall into the "distinguished" category of giftedness, at least for #14: "finding humor" because by the time I reached # 12: "Responding with wonderment and awe" I was laughing out loud.  Imagine sitting down for teacher conferences and learning that your child was"wonderful" and "aweful". Or maybe that your teenager was lacking in the awe and wonder department.

I think it would be very interesting to run these past a focus group of gifted teenagers and see what they think.

I suspect that they would  rate this at the "no concept" level when it comes to #14.  

Now that I've stopped laughing, I think this might be a good tool for sharing WITH gifted students.  I wouldn't want to use it ON them.  I'd prefer to have my kids' teachers spend their time reading their essays or grading their math homework.
