[CRITICAL] Process Cooling Water Back Online

Process cooling water is back online and normal pressures and flows have resumed.

Root cause was a control issue related to the automatic switch over of pumps between the lead pump and the stand-by pump which is offline for repairs.

This condition has been manually over-ridden and will be returned to full automation when the stand-by pump repairs are completed.

Labs may resume normal activities.
