Hello Physics,

Friendly reminder: OSU and Physics Offices will be closed Monday, November 11, 2019 in honor of the Veterans Day holiday. Hourly paid employees and student workers should not be working or report hours for 11/11/2019.

Because the university will not be open Monday, hourly employees and student workers please submit your Pay Period 24 (10/27/2019- 11/9/2019) timesheets Friday, November 8, 2018. Supervisors please approve timesheets by end of day Friday, November 8 or by 9:00am on Tuesday, November 12.

If student workers truly need to work and log hours on 11/11/18, supervisors should include a comment to confirm work completed prior to approving timesheets. Supervisors, if your students will work on the holiday, please notify  ASC-physics-hr at osu.edu<mailto:ASC-physics-hr at osu.edu>.
