[CRITICAL] Process Cooling Water Offline

Process Cooling water is offline and labs and Liebert units that rely on process cooling water should take immediate action to check equipment and shut down as required.

Root cause is not yet known, but pressure and flows are in alarm condition for this service.

Stand-by pump for this system is also offline.

FOD has been notified.
