Offices Closed; Monday, January 21, 2019

[ASC Physics HR]

Hello Physics,

Friendly reminder: OSU and Physics Offices will be closed Monday, January 21, 2019 in honor of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday. Hourly paid employees and student workers should not be working or report hours for 01/21/2019.

Because the university will not be open Monday, hourly employees and student workers please submit your Pay Period 03 (01/06/2019- 01/19/2019) timesheets today Friday, January 18, 2019. Supervisors please approve timesheets by end of day Friday, January 18 or by 9:00am on Tuesday, January 22.

If student workers truly need to work and log hours on 01/21/19, supervisors should include a comment to confirm work completed prior to approving timesheets. Supervisors, if your students will work on the holiday, please notify  ASC-physics-hr at osu.edu<mailto:ASC-physics-hr at osu.edu>.
