Dear Shelley Palmer.

I wanted to let you know that my mother passed away on November 15, 2014.  She had a doctorate from OSU in Education and taught in the College of Nursing.  I attach her Obituary from the Dispatch below.  Her Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, November 14, 2014 at 7:30 pm at Congregation Beth Tikvah, 6121 Olentangy River Road, Worthington, Ohio  43085.
