[NEWS] Office Chair Warranty Repair Coordination - Final Call

[Physics facility information]

Damaged office chairs of the Herman-Miller "Aeron" type (faculty/staff) and Herman-Miller "Mirra" type (post doc/grad student) should be reported to the facility team by replying to this e-mail with the room number where the chair is found, the type of chair, and a brief description of the type of damage.

The Aeron chair is identified as having a mesh back and the Mirra chair is identified as having a plastic back with perforations.

Based on occupant replies to this message, the Department will collect a listing of damaged chairs and arrange for warranty repairs to be done as a group.

This is a follow-up message to the original communication from September 13th and is a "final call" for inclusion in this batch of warranty work.

Occupants who replied to the earlier message are already on the repair list and need not respond again.
