<p class="MsoNormal">Damaged office chairs of the Herman-Miller “Aeron” type (faculty/staff) and Herman-Miller “Mirra” type (post doc/grad student) should be reported to the facility team by replying to this e-mail with the room number where the chair is found,

 the type of chair, and a brief description of the type of damage.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The Aeron chair is identified as having a mesh back and the Mirra chair is identified as having a plastic back with perforations.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Based on occupant replies to this message, the Department will collect a listing of damaged chairs and arrange for warranty repairs to be done as a group.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This is a follow-up message to the original communication from September 13<sup>th</sup> and is a “final call” for inclusion in this batch of warranty work.<o:p></o:p></p>
