All,
If you do not use or approve bi-weekly eTime/Leave, please disregard this message.
Please remember to submit your bi-weekly eTime/Leave Supervisors, please make sure you approve so your employees are paid timely.
Employees should: Submit hours worked for each week before leaving on the last day of that work week or before 10:00 am on Monday morning.
Any employee that needs assistance with back-up eTime entry, should be contacting Mallory Aliff to review ASAP.
Supervisors should: Approve each week at the latest before 12:00 noon Monday so your employee does not have to wait until the following pay period.
Any supervisor that needs assistance with back-up approval, should be contacting Jean Ball or Steve Baker to review ASAP.

Holiday Reminders - Important Deadline & Information
* Pay Period 14 Timesheets and Leave (12/16/2012 - 12/29/2012) must be submitted by Monday, December 31st by 10AM. Supervisor's please plan to approve eTime/eLeave also on Monday, December 31st. January 1st is the approval deadline; however it is also a University Holiday.
* Student workers should not be working on University Holidays unless it has been pre-approved by their eTimesheet supervisor. Supervisors, if you have an agreement with your students please send me an email to confirm this as well.
o Students who submit hours on 12/24, 12/25 and 1/1 will be paid time and a half for working hours. Documentation that it was pre-approved must be on-file.
