Folks,
Jim Bihari sent this to me and to physics-all, but since it only came once to me, I am forwarding again with the added note including Julie Posey's email address. Please disregard if this is a duplication.
Thanks,
Shelley

Hello, folks -
Julie Posey, who chairs the Science Department at CCAD, has asked me to pass along word that they're seeking someone to teach a physics class there this spring. Her description of the course:
It pays $3000.00 for the class, meets 3 hours per week for the 15 week semester and is on the same schedule as cscc except for spring break, they are a week off. The class uses a text called HOW THINGS WORK and is really project based, more than math. The subjects would be
light, color, motion, shadows, basic mechanics... things that would help an artist, specifically animators who deal with these topics routinely. The class meets Thursdays 12:30-3:20.
If you're interested, please contact Julie:
