[OACRAO] Best Practices for Self-Paced Completion Dates and Transcripts

Hi there,

 I am in the same boat with our mid-semester graduates.  Many of my other
institutions would use the students' last date of attendance for the
graduation date. My team thinks we should use the last day of the semester.
