[OACRAO] Best Practices for Self-Paced Completion Dates and Transcripts

Hello,

I need some advice.

My college is on a 10-week quarter system, we offer self-paced courses and allow students to complete classes in as little as 4 weeks.
If a student only needed one course to complete their education and enrolled 1/1/2024, finishing five weeks later on 2/4/2024, what date would you enter as the end date on their transcript?

Would it be 2/4/2024 (the 5th week end date) or would it be the 10 week quarter end date of ( 3/10/2024)?

What is the best practice when adding enrollment dates and completion dates to a transcript?
