[OACRAO] Legal Name Change

Gang, thanks for the quick replies. I will share that we always change the
name when legally changed. Our challenge was that since alumni use our data
base, they were changing names without documentation. It was hard to tell
sometimes what a person's name was so we decided to print the diploma name
too. When it is different, then the maiden name will show.

The feedback so has been great and of course has my wheels spinning.
