[Intl_DxMedPhys] ACR PET Phantom Image Submission

Sorry for the strange question.....but, Ive had some back and forth with the ACR recently, with some of the recent  PET changes........what exactly do you understand the last two words....."is optional" to mean?


ACR wording:

" Upload the native DICOM AC transaxial 3-10mm slices of the phantom using the same matrix size as the clinical protocol ( 10 mm thick slices will need to be non-interleaved).
   Including the ROI images of the SUV values or system generated table of SUV values is optional"
