Hi Bob,Some of our team experimented with a system we had on trial (attached).I baulked at the ~€100k cost initially but cost-benefit analysis comes out ok, at least for our intended use.The dose reduction of ~90% with for example x4 cardiologists receiving effective doses of 3mSv/yr over ten years gives a dose saving of 108 person-mSv over its lifetime and a value of €926/person-mSv avoided.  This sits comfortably within the suggested alpha value of €1400/person-mSv published in the literature as a reasonable optimisation value.Regards,Phil
