Dear Ariel ,

Fluke Health Solutions (FHS) is relocating our service center (calibration and repair) to a new location.

Effective September 29, 2025, most Fluke Biomedical and all RaySafe operations will be relocated from our Glenwood, Illinois location. Calibration and repair of our biomedical equipment will now be performed in our manufacturing facility in Everett, WA and Raysafe equipment will be serviced in Hovas, Sweden. Your RMA paperwork will be updated based on the device being serviced.

If you have already received your RMA, but have not sent in your equipment, a Customer Service Representative will reach out to you with an updated RMA document.

During the transition period, please expect a two-week delay in addition to the standard lead time for standard calibration and an additional four weeks for accredited calibration. We appreciate your patience.

As with previous bouts of calibration delays, Raysafe is disclosing very little information about the reasons for the change, and they are giving very vague estimates of the turnaround time. One of our systems has passed the one-month mark, and it is in the service program which promises a faster turnaround times.
