[Heb-NACO] foreign-loan word q: ‏אולטרה-סאונד

I would say that alef acts as a mater lectionis in all of these cases, and
it was never intended as a glottal stop. So I will go for ulṭrah-saund (t
underdot) which is also less likely to confuse our users.
