[Heb-NACO] a question on the romanization of אגרות

Here is where Uzzi Ornan’s phonemic Conversion system may be helpful, as according to his system, "Non-phonemic vowels such as sheva na‘ (and naḥ), pataḥ ganuṿ, or auxiliary segol are not romanized.” (p. 55; see citation below). So, no e after g, as you can see on his site at http://ohp.cs.technion.ac.il (see image), third option.

If I understand correctly, that sheva would be considered מרחף (merahef); as per HCM (p. 17-18), such shevas are not included in Romanization.

Dear Colleagues,

I have noticed the word אגרות is Romanized as “igrot.” I was wondering if it shouldn’t be “igerot” since the ג has a dagesh in it due to the unaccentented vowel in the א and therefore the שוע under the ג would be a נע.  The Alcalay that I have on desk does have a שוע.
