It should be elit?izm?.

1. According to the Academy of Hebrew Language, all Shevas in foreign words are considered silent ("?? ???? ?????? ??????? ??? ???? ??").

?2. There cannot be a syllable that consists only of a Sheva. If a Sheva is not followed by a vocalized letter, it cannot be ???? ?? and should not be Romanized as e.

???????: it appears in E.-Sh. with a sheva under the zayin. Is it elit?izem or elit?izm? I think the latter, but ocn936392303 currently has the former.

(The next entry in E.-Sh. is ??????, vocalized the same as ???????, with a sheva under the samekh. That is clearly elit?ist?; wouldn't ??????? follow the pattern: elit?izm?)

Thanks, Jasmin
