[Heb-NACO] Deramah

I am really curious about why deramah appears as an exception to the sheva in foreign loan words rule. The source (draftHMC p. 20) only cites Alcalay, but I see no explanation there, other than the word has a circellus, which only means it’s a borrowed word.

Has anybody ever pronounced deh-rah-mah? Does the same rule apply to דרמטורג, דרמטורגיה?

Like in the case of deruzi / דרוזי, I can’t see a reason for this exception. Maybe somebody can explain.
