[Heb-NACO] kuf vav kuf tet yud yud lamed -- romanization

When E-Sh.  omits a sheva from a word and I am not sure how to vocalize/romanize it,  I  consult  Reuven Alkalai's dictionary Milon Ivri-Angli shalem.   Alkalai  omits all שוא נח  from the nikud of the word.  Therefore,  when E-Sh. does not have a sheva under a letter(s), as is oten the case in foreign words,  I treat  it as    שוא נח and  apply the Alkalai's vocalization system.    In other words,  I will  romanize קוקטייל  as Koktail and קוקטיל , if spelled with one yod,  as Koktel.  See an old  record of mine lccn 99458128.

kuf vav kuf tet yud yud lamed = koktail, right?  Not per ES, but I'm at a loss as to how to make sense of what's written.

In ES: tet [tsere] yud [sheva] lamed.  I am uncertain how to read this

Is it "tel" or is it "teyel"?

Any help is appreciated.
