Exp 7 (EMS) notebook

Hold off on preparing your notebook.  I'm working on getting a PDF of
the manual pages from the publisher or their okay to post the pages
you would need for the notebook.  That way you will be able to download
them to your iPad and use them in Notability for this week's notebook.
This is just for this week.  This is not allowed in general.
