Mistake in EOCE 14.73

There's a mistake in the EOCE 14.73 in the book.  The 1st step in
the mechanism lists NOCl as the product in that step.  That is
incorrect.  That's the product of the overall reaction, as given in
step 2.  In step one, it should have NOCl2 as the product.  It is
an intermediate and used in step 2 as a reactant.

This problem was in the 14th ed. and it was correct there so I'm
not sure where the error came from.
