Textbook access problems

I got a couple of questions about people having problems accessing the textbook.
There are instructions in Carmen, as stated in the previous e-mail.  The best way
to access it is via the MyLab and Mastering link in Carmen, at least the first time.
Even if you used Mastering last semester you should sign up as if you didn't have
access last semester.
