For Box 1: When calculating Q they call it K. Granted for Box 1, Q = K = 1 so in this
box the rxn is at equilibrium.

Both the solutions manual and MC are incorrect in some way for 19.9. The solutions
manual uses the wrong eqn for del(G). They use del(G) = del(G^o) - RT*ln(Q). That
should be a + sign, del(G) = del(G^o) + RT*ln(Q). Even with this mistake, if you order
according to MAGNITUDE they're ordering is correct.

The correct order by magnitude is 1 < 2 < 3. For K = 1, del(G^o) = 0.

For Box 1, del(G) = 0 since Q=K=1.

For Box 2, del(G) = - 2.77 RT (too much reactant to be at equil. so the reaction is
spont. in the forward direction.

For Box 3, del(G) = + 3.89 RT (too much product to be at equil, so the reaction is
nonspont in the forward direction, but spont. in the reverse direction).
