We apologize for the issue that began at approximately Thursday, August 
22, 2019, 12:30 p.m. ET. Because of this issue, you and your students 
may be experiencing slowness or seeing error messages when trying to 
access content in your Modified Mastering or MyLab courses. We 
understand the frustration this has caused during this important time of 
year when students are starting new courses.

Our technology and support teams assembled immediately and are 
troubleshooting the cause of the issue in order to restore full 
functionality.
