e-Text or Mastering access problems

I know some of you are still having trouble getting into Mastering.
At this point you'll need to speak to the Pearson support or
the Pearson rep on campus.  To find the link for Pearson support
and the hours and location of the Pearson rep go to Carmen.
Go to the "Introduction" module and then the sub-module,
"e-Text Registration Instructions & Pearson Office Hours

Their office hours start tomorrow, Friday, 8/23, 9 AM - 3 PM
in 1023 McPherson. Get there early if you can.  There will
probably be a line.
