The Kirkpatrick Bibliography of Virginia Woolf’s works has a section on translations and is extremely useful. I would also check OCLC. Victoria University  Library, University of Toronto, has many Spanish editions and the records have links to images of the covers. See the catalogue of the University of Toronto Library for these.
I feel that translations are an important gauge of the impact of a writer.
