[Ohiogift] Article on the new Jack Kent Cooke report

B- is the highest grade in the country. I'm proud of our work on the report card measures, but we still have so far to go in this state, particularly with minority and economically disadvantaged students. We are measuring, but we aren't holding districts nearly accountable enough.
