[Ohiogift] IB (Diploma) vs AP

[Gifted and Talented in Ohio Discussion List]

Hello everyone:
I've been lurking for years and appreciate all the information this group has provided.  Now I have a question of my own.  If I have a son who is interested in Engineering and is identified as gifted, should we consider the IB program or the AP program for his high school years.  He is currently in 8th grade.
