[Ohiogift] Summer Martin W. Essex School

Sandra, sadly, the legislature decided several years ago to cease 
funding the Summer Honors Institutes and Essex, so the latter is no 
longer the honor it once was.  No funding, so no nomination required, 
and it's now open to sophomores as well as juniors, since they were 
unable to get enough takers when it became one of many fee-based gifted 
camps in the region.
