[OHIOBWG] 2020 OBWG Meeting

Good morning everyone!

Our meeting is just a few days away! Below are a few reminders before Wednesday.

This year's meeting will be at the Ohio Department of Agriculture, 8995 E. Main Street, Reynoldsburg, OH, 43068, in the Bromfield Administration Building. When you enter the building, there will be signs directing you to our meeting room (see attached map (ODA)).

Doors open at 9:15 - please come early to enjoy a light breakfast and network with bat-minded people! The meeting will begin promptly at 9:50 am. The final agenda is attached.

Committee meetings for the Ohio Bat Conservation Plan will take place over lunch, from 12:40 - 1 pm. All are welcome to attend a meeting, so please consider attending one.

LUNCH INFO -  Please consider bringing a lunch so conversations and networking can continue (especially if  you plan to attend the Ohio Bat Conservation Plan meetings). There is no café in the building, and restaurants are 10-15 minutes away. In addition, we will have coffee and tea in the morning - feel free to bring your own travel mug.
