[OHIOBWG] 2020 OBWG Meeting Agenda and Info - please read!

Hello Ohio Bat Working Group Members!

Our 9th annual meeting is just around the corner. If you haven't registered yet, please do so at:  https://go.osu.edu/obwg2020.

This year's meeting will be at the Ohio Department of Agriculture, 8995 E. Main Street, Reynoldsburg, OH, 43068, in the Bromfield Administration Building. When you enter the building, there will be signs directing you to our meeting room.  See attached map (ODA) for more details.

The meeting runs from 9:50 am - 3:30 pm, but doors will open at 9:15 - please come early to enjoy a light breakfast and network with bat-minded people! The final agenda is attached. We still have room for posters, so please let me know if you intend to bring one.

Note that we will be having committee meetings for the Ohio Bat Conservation Plan. All are welcome to attend a meeting. We are looking for more participation in the committees - the goal being to begin implementing the goals of the Ohio Bat Conservation Plan. Those meeting will take place over lunch from 12:40 -1 pm.

MORE ABOUT LUNCH -  Please consider bringing a lunch so conversations and networking can continue over lunch. There is no café in the building (like last year), and restaurants are 10-15 minutes away. If you are participating in the Ohio Bat Conservation Plan committee meetings, we strongly urge you to bring your own lunch. In addition, we will have coffee and tea in the morning - feel free to bring your own travel mug!

Keep sending any bat pictures to Melissa Moser (melissa.moser at dnr.state.oh.us<mailto:melissa.moser at dnr.state.oh.us>). We are working on a slideshow to run during breaks.  On that note, if there are any upcoming events you would like us to advertise for you - send them to me (titchenell.4 at osu.edu<mailto:titchenell.4 at osu.edu>) and I will include them in the slideshow.
