[Natfinwellness] Peer Counselor Curriculm

We are looking to start a peer counseling program but we don't have the
staff resources to do personal training for all of the peer counselors to
start them off on the right foot and get the program rolling.  Nor do we
have a huge budget to pay for them to complete the certification programs
offered.  Are there any on-line courses or curricula that you'd recommend
to give these students the foundation they need?   The thought is that once
we get a core group trained they can train the future peer counselors, but
how can we get the first group trained?
