[Natfinwellness] Position description and Program Proposal Template

Hello:
I was wondering if anyone has combined the duties of a Financial Literacy Coordinator with those of a  Default Prevention Specialist and if you have a position description for that.
I was also wondering if anyone has a Program Proposal Template for a Financial Literacy and Default Prevention Program.
