[Natfinwellness] Position description and Program Proposal Template

I work at a Career Center with about 140 students on FA, so I do all of the below along with the FA.  I do not have an up to date position description as I have been here over 5 years so when I was hired Financial Awareness was not as prevalent as it is now.  Also we have a pretty good default rate so prevention although part of my job is not a huge part of it at this time.
