[mvapich-discuss] pass hydra build options during mvapich configure

We use torque, but our libtorque is in a non-standard location /usr/local/torque/lib/....

looking over the configure options I don't see how to pass options to hydras configure to tell it to build the pbs/tm spawner.  So far I end up downloading hydra as its own package and installing it over the one put in place from the mvapich build.

Feels kludey,  figured there had to be a way to do this that I am overlooking.
