You are using very old version of OFED and MVAPICH2 on your IB cluster.
You can update your OFED version to the latest one (1.5). This has
MVAPICH2 1.4 included. You can also install MVAPICH2 independently.
However, I wil strongly recommend you to update to the latest OFED and
then install MVAPICH2. Please feel free to use the MVAPICH2 1.4 user guide
from the following location for building, installing and using MVAPICH2:
