3:45 – 4:15  Mr. Shun-ren Zheng, the local potter/artist, demonstrates his design and manufacture of pottery tea-cups made from eco-friendly prescription of minerals with medicinal effects
4:45 pm     Symposium concludes
5:00            Dinner hosted by Dr. Huang in honor of symposium presenters
