Dear MCLCers,

China Digital Times (CDT) is proud to announce the publication of its
first eBook, The Grass-Mud Horse Lexicon: Classic Netizen Language. This
volume includes over 70 entries from our Grass-Mud Horse Lexicon wiki,
selected for their enduring quality. While the events which inspired them
may have passed years ago, these words, phrases, and ironic nicknames
continue to circulate online, embedding themselves in Chinese netizen
language.

The eBook is organized by category and includes indices in both English
and pinyin. Xiao Qiang, CDT's founder and chief editor, has written the
introduction. The Grass-Mud Horse Lexicon offers China-watchers and
students of Mandarin a colorful reference to the world of the Chinese
Internet.

All proceeds from the sale of The Grass-Mud Horse Lexicon support China
Digital Times.

The eBook is now available for purchase in PDF format from the CDT website
(http://chinadigitaltimes.net/2013/08/cdt-ebook-grass-mud-horse-lexicon-cla
ssics/) and from the Amazon Kindle store
(http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ESMUCTA).

I look forward to hearing your feedback on the eBook, and hope you find it
a useful resource.

Sincerely,
Anne
