Any recommendations from list members regarding OCR software for Chinese
on either Windows or Mac OS X platforms? Specifically, I am thinking of
OCR software that:

1. Convert Chinese handwriting and/or scanned documents into text in
simplified or traditional Chinese characters.
AND/OR
2. Convert Cantonese or Mandarin voice input into text in simplified or
traditional Chinese characters.
AND/OR
3. Work with scanners to produce text in simplified or traditional Chinese
characters.

Specific suggestions or referrals to hardware/software reviews will be
most welcome. Thanks in advance!
