Adding to Heather Inwood's comment, I see echoes between this recent poem
and one written in 1937 for recitation by the poet Gao Lan 高兰 during the
War of Resistance Against Japan called "是时候了，我的同胞！" (Now is the
time, my 
countrymen!). Here's the first verse:

        是时候了，我的同胞！
敌人的飞机大炮，
又大举屠杀我们来了！
我们早已经是要炸裂的火药，
还禁得住这样的燃烧？
爆炸！
        爆炸！
                爆炸！

一切不要作亡国奴的人哟！
假如你还不曾把耻辱忘掉，
假如你还不再想作苟且偷生的脓包，
        是时候了，我的同胞！

I'd say Zhu Yufu's poem is coming from the tradition of PRC political
lyric, which began to take shape during the War of Resistance with Gao Lan
as an important promoter. I talk about this poem of Gao Lan's in my book
Voices in Revolution (U Hawai'i Press 2009) on pp77-78.
