And to answer my own question about the 1933 and 1943 editions of The
Waves. The Internet Archive has scans of both, which may or not be
accurate, but the reading "as I pull the blankets off his feet" - which
is in both Oxford World's Classics editions, both described as from the
1933 third impression - is not in the 1933 impression posted in the
Internet Archive. It is, however, in the reset 1943 impression, which
suggests that the OUP editions are set from 1943, and not from 1933 as
claimed.

Kate Flint's Penguin edition, by the way, doesn't explicitly identify
its source, but it seems to be an accurate setting of the 1931 UK first
edition, which is consistent with the general policy for the Penguin
editions. The Shakespeare Head and Cambridge editions also seem to be
based, as they should be, on the 1931 UK first edition.
