[Vwoolf] Woolf's Art of Biography

Thank you for this very thorough precise information. In turn, I've now
been told (and confirmed) that the posthumous The Death of the Moth and
Other Essays (1942), published by Leonard Woolf in The Hogarth Press, was
actually the essay's first appearance in a collection of her works.
