Dear all,

Below are snippets of an email I have received from Wayne Chapman regarding the new Clemson UP catalog.

He has requested that I share information about the catalog with those on the Woolf list. The catalog itself can be found at: http://bit.ly/Clemson_springsummer2019<https://na01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fbit.ly%2FClemson_springsummer2019&data=02%7C01%7Cneverowv1%40southernct.edu%7C398918b938a9445171e108d69dcd7660%7C58736863d60e40ce95c60723c7eaaf67%7C0%7C0%7C636869904030921756&sdata=bl6AB9wKSpyr29G4OXyUfiKyGFSnBcez1LMldqc3ZNk%3D&reserved=0>. (Unfortunately, I cannot attach the PDF because this email will then be blocked by the listserve).

Wayne writes that the CUP catalog was compiled by the managing editor Alison Mero and graduate assistant Kelley Gillis. He describes the resource as "a spectacular catalog featuring the latest as well as backlist titles, including books co-published with Liverpool UP and many more published independently."

Wayne also points out that "the lower-priced books shown on pp. 20-22 (in the SP series) are all available on-demand now that the original source files have been reformatted for Ingrams," which is an organization that brings out-of-print books back to life. Further good news is that discounted backlist titles will be available in Cincinnati at the June 2019 Woolf conference for those who attend.

Wayne has also included the following Call for Proposals for annotated guides to Woolf's novels that will be published by Clemson UP.

Call for Proposals: Annotated Woolf

Molly Hoff’s annotated guide to Mrs. Dalloway (Clemson, 2009) offers multiple entry points for students first approaching Woolf’s celebrated and often misunderstood novel. Hoff’s masterful annotations provide a guide for in-class student readings as well as points of departure for new scholarship. Clemson University Press seeks proposals for complementary annotated guides to Jacob’s Room, To the Lighthouse, Orlando, The Waves, A Room of One’s Own, and other novels commonly taught at the undergraduate level. For additional details or to propose an annotated guide, please contact John Morgenstern (jmorgen at clemson.edu<mailto:jmorgen at clemson.%20edu>), director of Clemson University Press.

Again, you should contact John Morgenstern (jmorgen at clemson. edu<mailto:jmorgen at clemson.%20edu>) to submit a proposal or seek more information about the annotated volumes.

All best,

Vara
