Good morning,

Thank you all so much for your teaching ideas, citations, thoughtfulness, and integrity regarding Orlando. I've got much to read and think about while preparing the class. As always, I am grateful for and humbled by the expertise and generosity of the Woolf community.

I've received my copy of the current issue of Aperture magazine devoted to Orlando, and it's gorgeous--and ginormous! More like an art book than a magazine, full of fascinating and thought-provoking text and images, and well worth the price (discounted at Amazon):

The Magazine of Photography and Ideas. For the summer 2019 issue of Aperture, guest editor Tilda Swinton draws upon the themes of Virginia Woolf’s prescient 1928 novel Orlando, revolutionary in both form and spirit, to offer original images and writings that celebrate openness, curiosity, and human possibility.. Featured artists and writers include Michael Cunningham, Zackary Drucker, Isaac ...
Best,
