[Vwoolf] Topaz again

I’ve just watched the film “Bedelia” (1946):

In Monaco, there is a Siamese cat called Topaz, but it couldn’t be taken to the UK because of quarantine.  Margaret Lockwood is given another in Yorkshire, and she changes its name to Topaz.  Suffice it to say that -- as in “Jacob’s Room” -- it doesn’t survive.
