I think either the 2nd and 3rd Wed in June would be fine.

Re. the name: Woolf was always quite precise with words. She saw the 
English language as very rich, with a deep history, and wasn't very keen 
on invented words. For this reason I prefer Dalloway Day to Dallowday.
