*Note: the position of Membership Coordinator will have to be filled
if Alice Keane were elected to serve as Secretary-Treasurer; please
consider nominations (self and other) for that position.  The newly
elected officers will handle that nomination and election process.
        The position of Membership Coordinator is described below:
The Membership Coordinator shall:
1.      Keep records of dates and renewal of membership;
2.      Answer emails regarding membership;
3.      Coordinate the membership lists between Miscellany, Newsletter,
Treasurer and IVWS Website;
4.      Set up the password and remind members of the password every six months.
The initial Membership Coordinator shall be appointed by the Officers
of the IVWS based on her/his experience and shall be elected to begin
June 2011, and shall serve for a term of five years (January
2012-2015) with potential for reappointment for an additional term if
s/he wishes to continue to serve.

If the Membership Coordinator does not wish to complete a full term,
s/he may recommend a successor for the position, as may the Officers
of the IVWS or other members of the Society.  The selection of the
subsequent Membership Coordinator shall be confirmed by the membership
of the Society.
